Quantum PLC在电厂化学水处理控制中的应用
Application of Quantum PLC in Control System for Chemical Water Treatment of Power Plant
【摘要】 原有电厂化学水处理系统一般由人工按钮、PLC完成控制,并通过模拟屏显示设备状态;其自动化水平较低、安全性差、故障率高、工作人员强度大。采用Quantum PLC与iFIX工业组态软件,通过开放的网络协议,即工业以太网技术实现系统的自动控制;可靠的硬件系统和友好的人机界面,大大提高了系统的自动化水平及安全性,降低了运行人员的劳动强度,实现了无人或少人值班。
【Abstract】 Usually,the former chemical water treatment system of the power plant is composed of manual operating buttons and PLC,and the status of equipment is displayed on mimic control panel. These systems only offer very low level of safety and automation,the operators suffered high labour intensity.By adopting Quantum PLC and iFIX industrial configuration software,through open network protocol,i.e.industrial Ethernet,the automatic control system is realized.Reliable hardware and user-friendly human machine interface highly increase the level of automation and safety,the labour intensity is also decreased.Less operator intervention,even unmanned operation can be implemented.
