继电保护测试设备自动检定系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Automatic Calibrating System for Relay Protection Testing Equipment
【摘要】 研制了一种用于检定某型号继电保护测试设备性能指标是否满足设计要求的自动检定系统。介绍了系统的总体设计、硬件组成及软件结构,分析了主要技术问题并给出相应的解决方案。实验表明,系统检定结果准确、可靠,耗时仅为传统检定方式的25%。该系统操作简便、工作方式灵活,为仪器仪表检定自动化的实现提供了良好范例;所采用的“模拟键盘控制”与“仿真打印机”方案,又成功解决了非程控仪器的控制与通信问题。
【Abstract】 An automatic calibrating system is successfully developed to check the performance indexes of specific relay protection testing equipment.The general design of the system,hardware composition and software structure,as well as the main technical problems with respective solutions are introduced and analyzed.It’s indicated by the experimentation that the calibrating results are highly accurate and reliable,with 25 percent of the consuming time of the traditional calibrating method.The system is easy to operate with flexible working scheme.It is an excellent model of automatic calibration of instruments.The strategies of simulated keyboard control and emulated printer adopted in the system are successful solutions of control and communication for non-programmable control instruments.
