基于ARM的嵌入式液位控制系统的设计与开发
Design and Development of ARM-based Embedded Liquid Level Control System
【摘要】 设计了一种基于ARM7的液位控制系统,实现对液位高度的检测、显示以及控制。系统采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统,通过运用传统的继电自整定方法并加入了单神经元,设计出一种嵌入式PID自整定控制器,免去人工参数整定过程;并结合触摸屏技术和μC/GUI用户图形接口实现良好的人机交互界面。设计出的控制器结构小巧、操作简便。实验表明控制效果良好。
【Abstract】 A liquid level control system based on ARM7 is developed for measurement,display and control of the height of liquid level.The μC/OS-II real-time operating system is used in this control system and an embedded self-tuning PID controller without manual parameters tuning is designed by using the conventional relay self-tuning method and single neuron.A good human-machine interface is provided with the combination of touch screen and μC/GUI user’s graphical interfaces.The structure of the proposed controller is small and the operation is simple.The experimental results indicate that the effects of control are excellent.
