电动自行车智能快速充电系统的研制
An Intelligent Fast Charge System for Electrical Bikes
【摘要】 开发了基于凌阳公司16位单片机SPCE061A和UC3842开关电源的电动自行车智能快速充电系统。给出了系统的工作原理、硬件结构及软件流程。在硬件方面,重点介绍了由单端正激式开关电源组成的快速充电电路和以SPCE061A为核心的蓄电池充电智能控制电路。在软件方面,阐述了恒流、恒压和智能等充电算法,以及和上位机通信、对铅酸电动车电池进行充电的软件框图。本系统实现了语音提示功能和更加人性化的操作显示界面。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a fast charge system based on 16bit Sunplus microprocessor SPCE061A and UC3842 switching power supplier applied for electric bikes.The hardware structure and the software flowchart of the system are discussed in detail.
