电网振荡时有功功率变化量的研究
Active-Power Variations During Power Swing
【摘要】 本文详细的分析了电力系统发生失步振荡、功率摆动时各电气量变化的特点,指出异步振荡时有功功率的方向及大小均发生变化,而摆动时只有其大小变化。故可根据有功功率是否过零点来判断电网摆动和振荡,通过过零次数判断电网是否需要解列。将电流方向是否正常作为辅助判据,减少装置的误动率。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics of the changes of electric variables when the power system is out of step or asway.It is pointed out that when the power system is out of step,the active-power is changed both in direction and in magnitude,but when it is asway,there is only magnitude changes.Whether need to split the power system can then be decided by observing the active-power if it passes though zero.And the current direction thus can thus be used as an additional criterion to reduce malfunctions of the device.
