高速贴片机的非线性自适应逆控制
Nonlinear-Adaptive Inverse Control for a High Speed Chip Mounter
【摘要】 对SMT生产线的关键设备贴片机提出了自适应逆控制方案。该方案用一个非线性滤波器作为贴片机的建模和逆建模的辨识器和自适应逆控制器,在MATLAB/SIMULINK平台下进行了算法仿真检验。结果表明该方案收敛快.能有效控制该非线性对象。此方案首次为贴片机的控制提供了一个先进的、全新的思路。
【Abstract】 A nonlinear adaptive inverse control scheme is proposed for the chip mounter which is a key equipment in SMT line.A nonlinear filter is used for identification and inverse modeling.Simulation shows that the controller converges fast and is suitable for the nonlinear plant.
