旋转机械轴心轨迹特征提取技术研究

【摘要】 轴心轨迹是表征旋转机械运转状态的重要特征,目前轴心轨迹识别局限于人机对话模式,并且只对轴系故障进行初步识别,不能实现对故障细节的描述。针对这个问题,研究了轴心轨迹的自动识别方法,主要研究了轴心轨迹与转子故障严重程度的关系,提出通过特征定量化对同类故障的不同图形进行分类,引入交叉点和圆环数作为特征指标,并通过仿真分析,取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 The shaft orbit is one of the most important features to represent the rotating machine shaft’s movement state.Presently,the identification for shaft orbits is limited to the man-machine interaction pattern,and the first step of identification is just completed without any further detail description.In view of this,the automatic identification for shaft orbits is studied,and as a main task,the research on the relationship between shaft orbits and severity of rotor’s faults is made.Characteristics quantification is used to subdivide different shapes of shaft orbit denoting the same failure,and the cross point and circle are introduced as the feature parameters.The analysis and simulation achieve good results.
