基于磁流变阻尼器的汽车悬架控制研究

【摘要】 研究了1/4车辆模型的半主动控制问题,采用一种改进的Bingham模型来描述磁流变阻尼力,研究了系统参数在共振域附近对振幅的影响,最后对比了采用该模型的磁流变阻尼器的被动控制、半主动开关控制以及采用传统阻尼器的被动控制在频域上的隔振效果,结果表明半主动非线性开关控制弥补了非线性被动控制的不足,使得系统在共振区和高频区上都有较好的隔振效果。

【Abstract】 The semi-active control of a quart-car model is studied and an improved Bingham model is proposed to describe damping force of a magneto-rheological(MR)damper.The effects of all physical parameters on the amplitude-time curves of the model are studied so as to control the system resonance effectively.Finally,the comparison of the vibration control effect among using traditional damper with passive control,MR damper with passive control and MR damper with semi-active on-off control in frequency domain is performed,it shows that the semi-active nonlinear on-off control can remedy the deficiency of the nonlinear passive control and have a good performance in vibration control when the system is in its resonance region or at high frequency region.
