甲宁对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的:观察甲宁(三棱、莪术、柴胡、五味子、穿山甲、何首乌、夏枯草、野菊花、女贞子)对自身免疫性甲状腺炎的治疗作用。方法:采用猪甲状腺球蛋白多次免疫注射法造成大鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)动物模型,这些动物模型分别用甲宁、雷公藤甲素给予治疗。实验结束后对大鼠甲状腺组织做病理学检查,留取血清做甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)的测定。结果:甲宁各剂量组及雷公藤甲素组的TGAb、TPOAb水平明显低于模型组(P<0.001),甲状腺淋巴细胞浸润程度明显较模型组轻(P<0.01或0.001)。结果表明甲宁和雷公藤甲素均能降低EAT大鼠的自身免疫反应,且甲宁大剂量组的效果较雷公藤甲素更明显。结论:甲宁对自身免疫性甲状腺炎有明显的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jianing Decoction (Rhizoma sparganii, Rhizoma curcumae, Radix bupleuri, Fructus schisandrae chinensis, Spuama manis, Radix polygoni multifrori, Spica prunellae, Flos chrysanthemi indici, Fructus ligustri lucidi) (JN) on autoimmune thyroiditis. METHODS: An animal model of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) in rats was developed by using thyroglobulin of porcine (PTg). These animals were divided into JN group, triptolide (TP) group and control group. Pathological changes were observed in the thyroid tissues and serum thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb) were determined by the method of radiorimmuoussay. RESULTS: The serum TGAb and TPOAb were significantly higher in EAT model group than those in normal group (P<0.001), which were significantly lowered by treatment with TP and JN (P<0.001). TP and JN significantly decreased degree of pathological changes in thyroid gland. (P<0.01, or P<0.001). CONCLUSION: JN and TP could obviously decrease serum TGAb and TPOAb, and reduce the inflammatory reaction of thyroid gland in the EAT rats. The results showed that JN had a similar therapeutic effect to TP on EAT.
