HPLC测定双参胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立双参胶囊(人参、桃仁等)中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法。Supelcosil LC-8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(99∶410),检测波长203 nm,柱温:40℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1浓度线性范围0.564 4-2.822 0μg/mL,r=0.999 9;Re浓度线性范围1.045 6-5.228 0μg/mL,r=0.999 8,样品平均回收率为100.03%,RSD=1.70%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish a method for determining ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in Shuangshen Capsules(Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Semen Persicae,etc.) METHODS: A HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by Supelcoil LC-8 columm(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-(0.05%) phosphoric acid(99∶410).The detective wavelength was at 203 nm.The column temperature was at 40 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 concentration was from 1.045 6 to 5.228 0 μg/mL and correlation coefficient was 0.999 9;the linear range of ginsenoside Re concentration was from 0.564 4 to 2.822 0 μg/mL and correlation coefficient was 0.999 8;The average recovery of sample was 100.03% and RSD was 1.70%(n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is quick,accurate and suitable for determining the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in Shuangshen Capsules.
