【摘要】 目的:考察复方丹参滴丸对大鼠早期糖尿病肾脏损害的疗效。方法:采用高糖高脂喂饲加低剂量STZ建立大鼠2型糖尿病肾病模型,给予复方丹参滴丸治疗12周,动态观察血糖及尿微量白蛋白尿等指标。结果:复方丹参滴丸大剂量时可降低血糖、减少尿微量白蛋白、减轻肾脏肥大、减少尿量,而中低剂量可降低血清甘油三酯水平,疗效优于氯沙坦。结论:复方丹参滴丸大剂量时有改善实验性大鼠2型糖尿病肾脏病变,主要是改善微量白蛋白尿的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pills(CDDP) on early stage of diabetic nephropathy in rat models. METHODS: Diabetic nephropathy of type 2 diabetes rat model was established by feeding with high glucose high fat diet with low dose STZ injection.Rats were treated with CDDP then and blood glucose,urinary micro-albumin and other targets were measured at different time points. RESULTS: High dose of CDDP decreased blood glucose level,reduced urinary micro-albumin, glomerular hypertrophy and urinary volume.Middle and low dose of CDDP decreased blood triglyceride level.These effects were better than Losartan. CONCLUSION: High dose of CDDP could ameliorate diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes rat models,and the main effect was reducing urinary micro-albuimn.更多还原
