稠油油藏蒸汽驱经济筛选实用图版研究

【摘要】 蒸汽驱筛选可提高稠油油藏蒸汽驱的成功率和经济效益。基于投入产出平衡原理,在数值模拟预测基础上,建立了原油价格与经济极限累计油汽比的动态关系,随原油价格降低,经济极限累计油汽比增加。选择具有显著影响性的油藏参数作为蒸汽驱筛选指标,正交组合筛选指标,绘制不同原油价格的蒸汽驱筛选图版。结果表明,随原油价格增加,可蒸汽驱开采的油藏参数范围扩大,原油粘度、油层厚度、孔隙度、含油饱和度、渗透率各项油藏参数间存在相互制约的筛选关系。经济筛选图版综合考虑了原油价格和油藏参数对蒸汽驱开采的影响,可有效避免经济风险和单因素筛选的缺陷。

【Abstract】 Steam drive screening can enhance the success ratio and the economic benefit of the steam drive in heavy oil. Based on input/output equilibrium principle and numerical simulation forecasting, the dynamic relationship has been established between the oil price and the economic limit accumulation oil steam ratio. With the oil price decreasing, the economic limit accumulation oil steam ratio increase. The remarkable influential reservoir parameters were selected as screening index of steam drive. The steam flooding screening chart including different oil prices was made through orthogonal combination screening index. The results indicated, that with the oil price increasing, reservoir parameters boundary of applicable steam drive enlarge; that the oil viscosity, reservoir thickness, the porosity, the oil saturation and the permeability exists inter-inhibitive relationship. The economical screening charts generally evaluate oil price and the reservoir parameters affecting the steam drive effects, and effectively avoid the economical risk and the shortcoming of single factor screening.
