【摘要】 目的探讨IFN-γ,IL-10与梅毒患者血清固定形成的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测20例梅毒血清固定患者IFN-γ,IL-10浓度,同时以20例经治疗后血清反应阴性梅毒患者及20例健康献血者为对照。结果与经治疗后血清反应阴性梅毒患者及健康献血者相比,梅毒血清固定患者IFN-γ水平较低而IL-10水平较高;血清反应阴性梅毒患者与健康献血者,IFN-γ及IL-10水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论血清固定的形成可能与Th1/Th2比例失衡有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of IFN-γ,IL-10 and the seroresistant form of syphilis.Methods the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-10 were measured by ELISA in 20 patients with seroresistant syphilis,20 patients with negative results after treatment and 20 healthy controls.Results The level of IL-10 was higher and the level of IFN-γ was lower,compared with those of the controls (P<0.05).However, there was no difference in the levels of IFN-γ,IL-10 between the controls.Conclusion There is a correlation between the imbalance of Th1/Th2 reaction and the seroresistant form of syphilis.更多还原
