【摘要】 目的:掌握艾滋病感染者及病人服中药依从性及影响因素,为今后提高艾滋病治疗服务质量和治疗效果提供决策依据。方法:采用观察所有入组中药治疗的艾滋病感染者及病人188例,重点观察脱落的50例,对资料进行统计分析。结果:观察188例,死亡16例(主要因吸毒过量死亡),间断服药48例,脱落50例。结论:艾滋病感染者及病人服用中药情况较好,失去联系和药物不适症状是造成病人服药依从性降低的主要原因,加强服药前教育和行为干预,及时调整服药证型,进一步加强和巩固服药的督导工作,提高患者对中药治疗的认知度,达到良好依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the medical compliance and factors of AIDS patients after they take traditional Chinese medicine and provide a policy-making basis for the improvement of the treatment service quality and effectiveness of AIDS patients in the future.Methods:An observation of 188 IADS infectors and patients taking traditional Chinese medicine were made,which focused on 50 exfoliative patients,and relevant information and materials were analyzed statistically.Results:Among 188 patients,16 patients were dead because of the overdose of drug,48 patients took medicine interruptedly and 50 patients were exfoliative.Conclusion:The symptoms of the IADS infectors and patients improved after they took the medicine.Losing contact and medical non-adaptation were the main factors that caused the patients to lower their medical compliance.Medicine-taking types of syndrome need adjusting timely.Medicine-taking supervision needs to raise the patients’ recognition of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
