【Abstract】 The construction of a new countryside has long been the blue-print and target of our Party and her major leaders.Such topic has been put to the government in the Fifth plenary session of the 16th central committee of the CCP,and the great plan has become the theme of our time.The point of this plan is how to solve the problems of agriculture,farmers and rural areas,and transform traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.The strategic target includes material,political and spiritual civilization and the aspects of economic construction as well as social construction.This target has a historical significance and a fresh characteristic of our time;it should be our fundamental policy for our new countryside construction.更多还原
