【Abstract】 Rural urbanization is a very important topic for solving the problems of "agriculture,peasant and countryside".However,the progress could lead to some ethical risks costs,such as the impacts of some unrefined city culture against the pure rural civilization,family’s crisis caused by changes of traditional concepts,and mental costs in the new city immigrants from countryside.The reasons to bring about ethical risks include: different management systems of culture and education in city and countryside,errors of policy-makers understanding rural urbanization,a system lack of sufficient "people-oriented idea" to examine cadres,and the segregation of policies and laws in city and country.更多还原
