【摘要】 以4个组合康能无核×金星无核、雷明无核×金星无核、金星无核自交、雷蒙无核自交为试材,采用L25(55)正交设计,研究了接种时间和培养基种类对无核葡萄胚挽救的影响。结果表明,影响无核葡萄胚挽救最重要的因素是接种时期,其他因素影响程度因组合而不同,最佳接种时期在花后45～60d,最高出苗率13.64%～75.23%。对胚珠进行一定处理有助于促进胚珠的萌发出苗,其中横切处理与低温处理可以显著提高胚珠萌发出苗率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four combinations of Canadice×Venus Seedless,Remaily Seedless×Venus Seedless,Selfing of Venus Seedless and selfing of Lakemont Seedless were used as test materials in this experiment.This experiment mainly studied the influence of inoculating time and different kinds of media on the effect of embryo rescue of seedless grape by the orthogonal experiment design of L25(55).Results showed that the most important factor influencing the embryo rescue of seedless grape was the inoculating time,and the influence level of other factors was different among combinations.The optimum inoculating time of the embryo was 45-60 days after blooming and the seedling rate reached 13.64%-75.23%.It also showed that certain treatments of ovule increased the germination rate of ovule,among them the treatment of crosscut and low temperature increased the germination rate of ovule significantly.更多还原
