【摘要】 目的:观察羟基磷灰石眼座眶内植入的效果。方法利用自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座作为眶内植入物,分别行Ι期或Ⅱ期植入手术,观察26例疗效。结果经6～24个月个追踪观察,术后未见眶内感染或植入物排出现象,义眼运动良好,活动度达到20～30°。结论羟基磷灰石眼座眶内植入并发症少,植入后外观满意,义眼片活动度佳,能达到仿真效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A clinical stuty was performed to demonstrate the applicability of Hydroxyapalite(HA)as an intraocular tamponade to be implanted in the scleral space for the correction of eviscerated eyeball.Methods The HA was wrapped by the patiend 抯 own scleral.Form congeneric scleral and was implanted on prlmary or secondary phases.26 consecutive patiens were followed.Results So inflammation or implant extrusion occurred in 6～24 moths of follow up.The movement of the prosthesis is excellent.Conclusion The HA orbital implantgive good cosmetic results with good motility of the artificial eye and is associated with a low rate of complications.更多还原
