【摘要】 目的:观察加减暖肝煎对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的治疗作用及对炎症因子CRP的影响。方法60例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组各30例,对照组用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用加减暖肝煎胶囊,连续用药3周。观察两组对心绞痛的疗效及对患者血浆CRP的影响。结果治疗组心绞痛的疗效总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<O.05),且治疗组在降低CRP水平方面优于对照组(P<O.05)。结论加减暖肝煎可降低不稳定性心绞痛患者CRP水平,对不稳定性心绞痛具有较好的治疗作用。提示可从肝入手治疗不稳定性心绞痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects on CRP and the therapeutic effects of LuanGanJian capsule in patents with unstable angina(UA).Methods Sixty patients with UA were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).the course was 3 weeks.Results After treatment,the treatment group had a better results in decreasing pectoris attacks and CRP Levels(P<O.05).Conclusion LuanGanJian capsule showed a favorable therapeutic effect in unstable angina pectoris.更多还原
