2,4,6-三氯苯酚诱导鲫鱼肝脏自由基的产生及其氧化应激
Free radicals in Carassius auratus liver:Their generation and oxidative stress induced by 2,4,6-trichlorophenol
【摘要】 采用电子顺磁共振的方法,研究了鲫鱼腹腔注射2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)不同时间(4、8、12、24、72h)后其肝脏自由基强度的变化、氧化应激反应及其损伤机理.结果表明:2,4,6-TCP极显著促进了鲫鱼肝脏自由基的产生;鲫鱼肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)的活性受到显著诱导,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性受到抑制,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量与对照组无明显差异,氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著增加.
【Abstract】 With electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)technique,this paper studied the free radicals generation and oxidative stress in Carassius auratus liver after 4,8,12,24 and 72 hours of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol(2,4,6-TCP)intraperitoneal injection.The results showed that 2,4,6-TCP significantly promoted the generation of free radicals in C.auratus liver.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione-S-transferase(GST)activities were induced significantly,while catalase(CAT)activity was inhibited,and glutathione(GSH)content had little difference with the control.A significant increase was observed in the contents of oxidized glutathione(GSSG)and malondialdehyde(MDA).
