【摘要】 目的:比较两种伐昔洛韦抑制疗法方案预防生殖器疱疹复发的临床效果。方法:将87例频发性生殖器疱疹患者(>3次/半年)随机分成2组,Ⅰ组42例患者口服万乃洛韦,300mg每日1次,。连续服用6个月。Ⅱ组45例患者口服万乃洛韦300mg,隔日1次,连续服用6个月。分别对用药前及用药6个月后的复发情况进行观察。结果:两种方案治疗后平均复发次数明显减少,但两组间平均复发次数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:两种治疗方案对预防频发性生殖器疱疹复发疗效相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacies of two Valaciclovir suppressive therapies in the prevention of genital herpes recurrence.METHODS: A total of 87 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into two groups: group I(n=42) was assigned to receive oral Valaciclovir(at a dose of 300mg) q.d for 6 consecutive months,and group II(n=45) to receive Valaciclovir(at a dose of 300mg) every other day for 6 consecutive months.The recurrences in two groups were compared before medication and at 6 months after medication,respectively.RESULTS: The average number of times of recurrences of genital herpes were significantly decreased in both groups,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Two Valaciclovir suppressive therapies showed similar efficacy in the prevention of recurrent genital herpes.更多还原
