【摘要】 目的:了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况,评价其合理性,并提出合理使用抗菌药的建议。方法:随机抽取6 013张处方,依据统计学方法归纳列表,并进行综合分析。结果:6 013张处方中使用了抗菌药物有2 786张,占46.33%。结论:我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但也存在一定的问题,应采取措施,以提高用药的安全性、合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of antibacterials in our hospital and to evaluate its rationality,and to present suggestions on the rational use of this kind of drugs. METHODS: A total of 6 013 prescriptions were randomly sampled and analyzed aggregately by induction and tabulation based on the statistical method.RESULTS: Of the total of 6 013 prescriptions investigated,2 786(46.33%) involved use of antibacterials.CONCLUSION: The use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is rational on the whole,but there are still some problems,therefore,measures should be taken to improve the safety and rationality of drug use.更多还原
