【摘要】 目的:脑瘤及脑转移瘤的发病率逐年上升。在对其治疗方面,血脑屏障被认为是阻止化疗药物进入脑组织进而影响疗效的主要原因。但临床研究发现,脑瘤及脑转移瘤患者的血脑屏障的完整性至少被部分破坏。本文对现有相关研究进行归纳总结,以期为临床提供参考。方法:收集国内外相关文献,对传统的化疗药物及近几年内一些化疗新药透过血脑屏障的药动学及临床研究进展进行了分析,总结了目前增加血脑屏障通透性的几种方法。结果及结论:随着增加血脑屏障通透性的新方法的出现及新的化疗药物的发展,化疗将在脑瘤及脑转移瘤的治疗中发挥更加积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Incidences of cerebroma and brain metastases tumors has been increasing year on year. The blood-brain barrier (BBB) is considered to be the major cause suppressing the ingress of chemotherapeutic drugs to brain tissue thus resulting in a lower curative efficacy. However, the recent clinical studies have confirmed that the BBB in patients with cerebroma and brain metastases tumors are at least partially broken down. This paper is aimed to review the related literatures and to provide references for the clinic. METHODS: The literatures both home and abroad were colleted. The pharmacokinetics of the traditional chemotherapeutic drugs and the newly used chemotherapeutic drugs in recent years in penetrating into BBB and the progress in the clinical research of which were analyzed, and the methods for the increasing of permeability of BBB were summarized. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: With the appearance of new methods of increasing permeability of BBB and the development of new chemotherapeutic drugs, chemotherapy will play a more and more active role in the treatment of cerebroma and brain metastases tumors.更多还原
