基于相控式增压泵的水射流切割系统的设计
Design of water-jet cutting system based on phased intensifier
【摘要】 为设计相控式增压泵的水射流切割数控系统,对线圈与阻抗的关系参数进行了设计与计算,使该系统节省了位置传感器数量并简化了增压泵机械和控制系统结构.使系统噪音降低,延长了设备寿命,降低了设备制造及维修成本.实践证明该系统性能稳定,工件切割质量好,生产效率高.
【Abstract】 According to the work principles of phased intensifier,a numerical control system for water-jet cutting was designed.The relationship between the impedance and the coil was analysed and calculated.As a result,the number of positioning sensors is reduced and the configuration of control system is simplified.This system reduces the noise,prolongs the life for use and lowers the cost of production and maintenance of equipment.The practical application proves that this system work steadily with good cutting quality and high production efficiency.
