基于PC的齿轮径向综合误差测量与分析系统的设计
Design of measurement and analysis system for gear’s overall radial error
【摘要】 本齿轮综合误差测量采用的测量方法是在产品齿轮在理论安装中心距下,与标准齿轮啮合滚动,用圆光栅测出齿轮转角,用差动变压器测出两齿轮中心距的变动量.测得的数据经数字滤波之后,经计算机分析处理,计算出径向综合误差和一齿径向综合误差,绘出误差曲线,并形成检测报告,实现了测量过程的自动化.因采用数字滤波技术降低了干扰,测量精度得到了提高.
【Abstract】 A new method is proposed to measure gear’s overall radial error,whereby the gear meshes with standard gear with the theoretical ceutral distance and rolls,then the rotating angle is measured with round optical grating and the change of central distance is recorded.The measured data will be processed in computer after being filtered,then the overall radial error and overall tooth-to-tooth radial error will be calculated.Finally,the error curve is plotted,and measurement report is generated.The data filtering reduces interference,improving the accuracy of measurement.
