光纤放大器中增益带宽对超短脉冲传输的影响
Influence of Gain Bandwidth on Propagation of Ultrashort Pulse in Fiber Amplifier
【摘要】 基于广义Ginzburg-Landau方程,研究了超短脉冲在光纤放大器正、反常色散区的传输特性,着重分析了增益带宽对脉冲传输和放大的影响。结果表明窄的增益带宽延缓脉冲的波形变化,限制脉冲的放大,扭曲频谱形状,降低频谱展宽的速率并减少频谱展宽的饱和值。
【Abstract】 The properties of propagation,especially the influence of gain bandwidth on propagation and amplification of ultrashort pulse,were investigated numerically using the generalized Ginzburg-Landau equations.It was found that the narrow gain bandwidth delays the change of pulse shape,limits the efficiency of amplification,deforms the pulse spectrum,slows down the spectral broadening,and decreases the saturation value of spectral broadening.
