【摘要】 研制了一套激光熔池CCD测温系统专用软件,用于激光熔池温度场分析。在熔池斜上方固定安装激光熔池CCD测温装置,拍摄激光熔池,CCD经过光电转换产生代表熔池辐照度信息的信号,经过图像卡采集后,采用专用软件处理,就可以通过计算机显示熔池热辐射过程图像,并得到熔池温度场分布。结果表明,该软件界面简洁、操作简单,能够给出激光熔池温度场分布、尺寸、加工工艺等信息,进一步发展,可用于激光加工的在线监控和反馈控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Special software for laser molten pool temperature field measurement system by CCD was developed.Information of laser molten pool temperature could be collected by the system.Thermal image signal received by CCD was transformed to digital signal by image card.After processing digital image signal by computer,Temperature field distribution can be obtained which can be plotted by contour distribution.It is shown the software has good friendly interface and is easy to operate.It can present the temperature field distribution,size of laser molten pool and processing parameters.The system could be much more useful for laser processing after further developed.更多还原
