【Abstract】 Objective To extract the polysaccharides from Rheum palmatum L. and to determine its contents.Methods Polysaccharides of Rheum palmatum L. were obtained by hot water extraction and its contents were determined with phenol-vitriol colorimetry.Results The polysaccharide content of Rheum palmatum L.was 6.54%and the average recovery rate was 98.8%with RSD 0.73%(n=6).Conclusion This colorimetry method is available.更多还原
