【摘要】 目的了解注射用头孢尼西钠与左氧氟沙星注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外双波长分光光度法测定25℃和37℃下配伍液的药物含量,并比较配伍后8h内其外观、pH值的变化。结果配伍后的头孢尼西钠含量无明显变化,其余考察指标亦无明显变化。结论注射用头孢尼西钠与左氧氟沙星注射液可以配伍使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the compatible stability of cefonicid sodium and levofloxacin injections.Methods To determine the contents of cefonicid sodium under 25℃ and 37℃ respectively by UV,and to observe the change of the appearance and pH in 8 h after the two drugs used compatiblely.Results The contents of cefonicid sodium and other markers to be inspected all had no obvious change. Conclusion Cefonicid sodium for injection and levofloxacin injection are suitable to be compatible.更多还原
