【摘要】 目的探讨单一使用沙利度胺治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效。方法单一使用沙利度胺治疗MDS11例。结果疗效达部分缓解4例,进步2例,轻微反应1例,无效4例,总有效率为63.6%。结论单一使用沙利度胺对MDS有一定疗效,尤其是对难治性贫血(RA)患者可以明显缓解病情、减少输血次数、改善生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the theraputic effects and side-effects of thalidomide for the treatment of myelidysplastic syndrome(MDS). Methods A total of 11 patients with MDS were treated by thalidomide singly.Results Four of the 11 patients responded to the treatment with thalidomide.No severe side-effects were observed.Conclusion Thalidomide may be a choice for the patients with MDS.更多还原
