【摘要】 目的建立测定骨伤康颗粒中原儿茶醛含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用XTerra RP18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(10∶90),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果原儿茶醛进样量在0.34～3.40μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为98.08%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于骨伤康颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Gushangkang granule.Methods The seperation was performed on XTerraRP18-ODS-C18 column with methanol-1.0%HAc (10 ∶90) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm with the flowrate of 1.0 mL/min.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.34-3.4 μg,between the absorption area values and the concentrations (r=0.999 4) for protocatechuic aldehyde.The average recovery was 98.08%.RSD=1.2%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used in quality control of Gushangkang granule.更多还原
