【摘要】 目的观察国产丁二酸洛沙平治疗首发精神分裂症患者的疗效与副反应。方法采用丁二酸洛沙平治疗46例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第3版)》的首发精神分裂症(包括分裂样精神障碍)患者8周,以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果46例患者治疗前后PANSS减分率比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),不良反应主要有轻度的锥体外系症状、头痛、焦虑、内分泌功能紊乱等。结论丁二酸洛沙平治疗首发精神分裂症患者疗效肯定,起效快,对阳性和阴性症状均有效,在低剂量时具有非典型抗精神病药的特点,且不良反应少,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of loxapine succinate in the treatment of the first-onset schizophrenia. Methods The patients (46 cases)were treated with loxapine succinate in the first-onset schizophrenia for 8 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with PANSS and TESS.Results 46 patients were studied for 8 weeks.There were significant differences in PANSS before and after treatment.The EPS,headache,anxiety,etc.were the main side effects.Conclusion Loxapine succinate shows a definite effect upon the first-onset schizophrenia.Small dose has atypical antipsychotic drug’s property.It is an ideal antipsychotic drug with few and light side effects,higher safety and better compliance.更多还原
