【摘要】 目的用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC法）测定盐酸奈法唑酮中的有关物质。方法采用Hypersil ODS2 C₁₈色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm, 5μm）,以甲醇-含0．2%三乙胺的0．025 mol/L乙酸铵溶液（75:25）为流动相,流速为1．0mL/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,奈法唑酮与中间体哌嗪、三唑酮分离较好,奈法唑酮的最小检测限为2 ng。结论RP-HPLC法专属性强、准确、简便、快速,可用于奈法唑酮中有关物质的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of nefazodone.Methods Chromatographic conditions:Hypersil C₁₈ ODS2 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） as stationary phase,the mobile phase was methanol-0.025 mol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0.2% triethylaminer （75:25）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.Results Good separations for nefazodone and middling piperazine,triadimefon.The minimal detection amount of nefazodone was 2 ng.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid,accurate and is suitable for the content determination of related substances.更多还原
