【摘要】 目的用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定利胆宁颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Inertsil ODS-3C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(46:54:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为室温。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.2～1.6μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.27%,RSD为0.7%。结论HPLC法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于利胆宁颗粒中黄芩苷含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of baicalin in Lidanning granules.Methods The HPLC system consisted of Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column(150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-water-phosphoric acid(46:54:0.2) as mobile phase,UV detection at 277 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature of room degree.Results An average recovery of 98.27% was obtained with a RSD of 0.7% and r=0.999 9 in the range of 0.2-1.6 μg.Conclusion The method is stable,fast,accurate and can be used for determination of the content of baicalin in Lidanning granules.更多还原
