【摘要】 目的制备齐多夫定片并探讨其质量控制方法。方法以湿法制粒工艺制备齐多夫定片,采用高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定。结果高效液相色谱法作为齐多夫定片的含量测定方法,不受辅料干扰,平均回收率为100．29％,RSD为0．446％(n=5)。结论用该工艺制备齐多夫定片,方法简便、实用,质量控制方法准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop zidovudine tablets and to study its quality-control method. Methods To develop zidovudine tablets with the technology of wet method pelletization and to determine the content of zidovudine tablets by HPLC.Results This method was not interfered by the auxiliary elements.Average recovery rate was 100.29%,RSD was 0.446% (n=5).Conclusion This technology of manufacturing zidovudine tablets is simple,practical and reliable.更多还原
