【摘要】 目的建立防芷鼻炎片中甘草酸含量的测定方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈柱（250mm×4．6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇- 0．2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（67∶33∶1）,流速为1．0mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸铵进样量在0．193～1．737μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0．9992,平均回收率为99．17％,RSD=1．22％。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,精密度高,可用于防芷鼻炎片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a simple sensitive HPLC method for determining glycyrrhiziate acid in Fangzhibiyan tablets. Methods Glycyrrhizic acid was separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈ column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid （67:33:1） and detected at 250 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results Glycyrrhiziate acid showed a good linear relationship at arrange of 0.193-1.737μg,r=0.999 2.The average recovery rate was 99.17%,RSD was 1.22%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good repeat and high precision,and can be used for quality control of Fangzhibiyan tablets.更多还原
