【摘要】 目的探索各种疾病医疗费用的影响因素,为沧州市制定单病种费用标准提供政策性依据。材料与方法以沧州市8所医疗机构2004年的520名患者的医疗费用信息为研究对象,采用了秩和检验、秩相关及逐步回归分析方法探索各种疾病医疗费用的影响因素。研究结果付费方式、医院级别、入院时情况、诊断个数、医院感染等因素是影响医疗费用的关键因素。结论与建议在制定单病种费用标准时,应考虑以上因素的影响,同时应加强病案质量管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore affecting factors of medical expenses, and give Cangzhou City municipal govermment some policy evidences to develop DRGS. Materias and Methods Based on medical expense survey of 520 patients from 8 hospitals in Cangzhou City in 2004,the paper explores affecting factors of medical expense through Kruskal Wallis H, spearman correlation coefficient and progressive regression. Results According to research results,many factors are valuable in affecting medical expenses, such as, medical payment, hospital grade, disease status,number of diagnosis,hospital infection. Conclusions More importance should be attached to the above affecting factors in DRGS research, in addition, quality management of medical record should be intensified.更多还原
