【摘要】 目的:观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液(艾易舒)对晚期肺癌患者化疗的协同治疗作用。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,应用艾易舒合并化疗;对照组30例,单用化疗,比较两组抗肿瘤疗效、临床症状变化、化疗不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗组30例,抗肿瘤有效率为40%,对照组30例,抗肿瘤有效率为33.3%;治疗组的症状改善率为86.7%,对照组的症状改善率为53.3%;治疗组KPS评分增高率为50.0%,对照组KPS评分增高率为23.3%;治疗组白细胞减少和消化道反应发生率分别为:30.0%、23.3%,对照组白细胞减少和消化道反应发生率分别为:46.7%、43.3%。结论:斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液具有增强化疗疗效、改善患者症状、减少化疗毒副反应的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to investigate the synergetic effect of disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection(Aiyishu)in combination with chemotherapy in the patients with advanced stage lung cancer.Methods:60 patients were randomized to two groups:Group 1 received Aiyishu injection plus chemotherapy and group 2 received chemotherapy alone.The response rate,the change of clinical symptoms and the adverse effects of anti-cancer therapy were evaluated in patients of two groups.Results:The response rate was 40% and 33.3% in group 1 and 2 respectively;the clinical symptoms improved in 86.7% patients in group 1,compared with only 53.3% in group 2;the KPS score of 50% of patients in group 1 increased,compared with 23.3% in group 2;the incidence rates of leucopenia and gastrointestinal disturbance were 30.0% and 23.3% respectively in patients of group 1,whereas the rates were 46.7% and 43.3%,respectively,in group 2.Conclusion:The disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection plays important roles in strengthening chemotherapy efficacy,improving symptoms and alleviating adverse effects of chemotherapy.更多还原
