【摘要】 目的:探明术前化疗对机体免疫力的影响程度。方法:近期在延边大学医学院附属医院肿瘤科收治入院的28例女性患者分为正常对照组(9例)和乳腺癌组(19例);乳腺癌组又分为单纯治疗组(单纯手术治疗9例)和复合治疗组(术前化疗+手术治疗10例)。同时根据乳腺癌病人的淋巴结有无转移又分为淋巴结转移组和无转移组。复合治疗组术前行CAF全身化疗,单纯治疗组行乳腺癌改良根治术。结果:经研究发现乳腺癌病人与正常对照组相比T3、T4和T4/T8比值显著降低(P<0.05),而T8无显著性差异(P>0.05)。淋巴结转移组与无转移组相比,T3、T4、T8和T4/T8比值均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与正常对照组相比,T3、T4及T4/T8比值分别呈显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。复合治疗组化疗后与化疗前相比,T3、T4显著升高(P<0.05),T8、T4/T8比值、免疫球蛋白和补体C3无显著性差异(P>0.05)。复合治疗组术后与化疗后相比,除补体C3显著增高(P<0.05)外,其他各项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌病人存在细胞免疫低下,并随病程的进展加重。术前短期CAF化疗对乳腺癌病人免疫功能没有抑制,反而有所增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of preoperative chemotherapy on immune function in patients with breast Cancer.Methods:19 patients with breast Cancer was divided into two groups.one group(9 patients)operated only, the other group(10 patients)with preoperative chemotherapy.T3,T4,T4/T8 ratio,Immunoglobulin and complement C3 were studied before operation and after operation, or before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy.Results:the results shows:T3,T4 and T4/T8 ratio in breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference of T8 between the patient and normal group (P>0.05).Immunoglobulin and Complement C3 showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:preoperative short term CAF chemotherapy on patient of Breast cancer increases the immune function of patients.更多还原
