【Abstract】 Creative personality is the main component of personal creativity. The teaching style of Peking Medical Union University(PUMC) for clinical students can help them to form their creative personality, which includes positive attitudes towards life and work, high level self-assessment, intensive inner motivation, self-leading cognitive style and diversified feeling. During the process of senior medical education reform in our country, general medical universities ought to integrate PUMC’s teaching style with their own in order to meet the needs of global medical development , which can promote the cultivation of creative personality for clinical student and improve their creativity.更多还原
