【Abstract】 Telomerase can express specificly in most of tumor cells,which is also needed by tumor cells for their continuous cleavage.So inhibiting the activity of telomerase is becoming a specific target in tumor therapy.With further study of telomerase,telomerase-targeted gene therapy for tumor is becoming a hot spot and achieve more progresses.This article reviews progresses about expression regulation of telomerase in tumor,telomerase-targeted tumor therapy by tumor oligonucleotide,gene therapy,immune therapy,combined therapy and stem cell therapy.更多还原
