【摘要】 SEN病毒是从1例人类免疫缺陷病毒患者血清中分离出的一种无包膜、单链、环状DNA病毒,属圆环病毒科,基因组全长约为3900个核苷酸,共有SENVA~H8种亚型,至少有3个开放读码框架。研究显示该病毒与输血相关性非甲~非戊型肝炎有强相关性,该病毒可单独感染,也可与乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、肝细胞癌等混合感染。目前,SEN病毒作为不明原因肝炎的致病因子尚缺乏有力的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 SEN virus is a non-enveloped virus with single-strand and circular DNA isolated from the serum of a patient with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),which belongs to circoviridae.Its whole genome has 3900 nucleotides,which has 8 subtypes from SENV A-H,A and three OFR at least.Studies show that it has a strong association with transfusion-associated non-A to non-E hepatitis.This virus can infect alone or co-infected with type B hepatitis,C hepatitis and liver cancer.
