线粒体与肌质网在缺血再灌注损伤中的心脏保护作用
Heart Protection of Mitochondria and Sarcoplasmic Reticulum on Myocardial Ischemic/Reperfusion Injury
【摘要】 线粒体和肌浆(质)网是心肌能量代谢和Ca2+调节的主要细胞器,对心肌能量的合成和收缩功能调节起着至关重要的作用。二者的精细调节作用均可改善心肌缺血再灌注损伤。本文就目前线粒体和肌浆(质)网在缺血再灌注损伤中心肌保护作用的机制作一综述。
【Abstract】 Mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum are very important organelles in regulating energy metabolism and Ca2+ transport in myocardium which play an important role in regulating energy synthesis and contraction of myocardium.The perfect adjustment of them can all improve myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury.This article reviews heart protection mechanism of mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum in ischemical reperfusion injury.
