【Abstract】 Nuclear Factor-κB is a kind of protein which have many transcription regulation function.It plays a hinge role in inflammation and immunoreaction by regulating correlation factor of immunity and inflammation.Otherwise it plays a key role in gene regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis.Many dermatosis are concerned with NF-κB path disturbance,such as psoriasis,connective tissue disease,atopic dermatitis,cutaneous tumor and so on.This article reviews NF-κB about its construction,function and its progress in the mechanism of Dermatosis.更多还原
