【Abstract】 Colorectal cancer is the common malignant tumor in alimentary system. However, in clinical practice, when diagnosed,many patients have missed the best therapeutic opportunity for their tumors are in local and advanced stage . In the past few years, with the rapid development of bioinformatics and gene-related technologies, the diagnostic methods of colorectal cancer have been greatly improved, yet the early diagnosis is still far from our objective.
