【Abstract】 Rational design and qualified construction is the basis to realize aseptic condition in clean operating room, while scientific operation management and standardized daily monitoring at the operation state is the guarantee to control contamination in the whole process. A theory of dynamic management to clean operating room is elaborated herein to improve the operation management.
