【摘要】 目的通过曲安奈德乳腺增生包块内注射,结合口服他莫昔芬、乳块消颗粒的非手术治疗方法,探讨重症乳腺增生的治疗。方法选择药物治疗1年以上无效,经穿刺细胞学检查和钼钯摄片确诊为重症乳腺增生,而又拒绝手术治疗的病人50例,计71处病灶。用利多卡因、曲安奈德作病灶内注射。包块消散不全者2个月后予他莫昔芬、乳块消颗粒维持治疗。所有病人置于穿刺细胞学严密观察之中。结果1次注射包块消失31处占43.7%(31/71)。缩小1/2以上12处,口服他莫昔芬及乳块消颗粒2~6个月后完全消散9处,占12.7%(9/71)。注射后包块缩小<1/2者13例,口服他莫昔芬及乳块消颗粒2~6个月后完全消散7处,占9.9%(7/71)。总有效率达66.2%(47/71)。结论曲安奈德乳腺增生包块内注射,结合口服他莫昔芬、乳块消颗粒的综合治疗方法能使增生形成的包块缩小、变软甚至消失,为重症乳腺增生提供了一条有效的治疗途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disscuss the effects of the non-operation treatment of intralesional injection of triamacinolone Acetonide adding Tamoxifen(po) and Rukuaixiao Granules(po) to severe breast hyperplasia. Methods 50 cases (71 sites)of severe breast hyperplasia disease confirmed by fine needle aspiration cytology and molybdenum target mammography,who rejected operation treatment and inefficacy after medication over 1 years, received intralesional injection of triamacinolone Acetonide and lidocaine. Tamoxifen and Rukuaixiao Granules were feed to those patients whose breast mass didn’t completely vanish after 2 months. All patients made a periodical double-check by fine needle aspiration cytology. Results 31 sites(31/71) of breast mass completely vanish after intralesional injection for once. Tamoxifen and Rukuaixiao Granules were supply to patients whose breast mass didn’t completely vanish for 2~6 months .9 sites(9/71) of 12 sites which reduced more than 1/2 disappear after 2~6 months treatment of Tamoxifen and Rukuaixiao Granules.7 sites (7/71) of 13 sites which reduced less than 1/2 disappear in this observation.The total effective rate is 66.2%(47/71). Conclusion The combined treatment of intralesional injection of Triamacinolone Acetonide adding Tamoxifen(po) and Rukuaixiao Granules(po) is a effective method for severe breast hyperplasia. With this combined treatment, the breast mass of severe breast hyperplasia become smaller ,softer ,and even disappear.更多还原
