【摘要】 目的探讨结肠息肉的X线双重对比造影表现及意义。方法65例结肠息肉患者行双重对比造影检查,并经手术病理证实。结果结肠息肉单发40例,多发25例,共98枚,直径5mm～30mm,恶变2例,共3枚。良性表现为边缘光整、圆形或椭圆形充盈缺损影80枚,双环影18枚;恶性表现为外形呈三角形、边缘模糊,1枚表面有浅凹陷、管壁僵硬。造影检出95枚,检出率97%(95/8)。结论双重对比造影对结肠息肉的诊断阳性率较高,对早期的良恶性可作初步鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the images of colon polyp gas-barium double-contrast radiography. Method Sixty-five cases with colon polyps were examed by gas - barium double radiography. Diagnosis was confirmed by pathology after operation . Results In 65 cases, 40 cases were monopolyp and 25 were multi-polyps,with the diameter from 5mm to 30 mm.The pathological results of two cases with 3 polyps were malignant . Benign colon polyp was characteristics of smooth border,round or elliptic gap-filling (80 polyps),double-circle image shadow(18 polyps). The malignant polyp was characteristics of triangle appearance dim border and one of them with shallow hollow on its surface and stiff colon wall. The 95 polyps were found in 98 cases, which detection rate of double-contrast was 97%(95/98). Conclusion By gas-barium double radiography, there are high positive dignostical rate of colon polyps .The primary differentiation can be made for the benign and malignant pathological change .更多还原
