【摘要】 目的分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及相关因素。方法对我院2006年度所发生的244例ADR报告作回顾性分析。结果报告中女性患者大于男性,40～69岁年龄段发生率最高;ADR涉及的药品种类及例次中,以抗生素、中成药占首位;ADR临床表现上,主要是皮肤及其附件损害,其次是消化系统损害。结论加强药物药品不良反应监测,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the characteristics and the related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital. Methods Reviewed and analysed the reports of 244 cases of ADR occurred in our hospital in 2006. Results Among the 244 cases of ADR, the number of the female patients was larger than that of the male patients. The patients at the age of 40 to 69 had the highest incidence. The primary reasons were found to be related to use of antibiotic drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion, secondary as alimentary system lesion.Conclusion We should strengthen ADR clinical monitor and promote rational use of drugs in clinic.更多还原
