【摘要】 目的明确膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠与痛点激光照射结合治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法50例患者随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。全部病例采用激光治疗,治疗在此基础上加玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,每周1次,5周为1疗程。治疗前及治疗1疗程后进行评估。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组为76%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠与痛点激光照射结合治疗膝关节炎优于单纯激光治疗,作用持久且不易复发,副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To confirm clinical therapeutic effect in treatment of osteoarthritis in knee joint by laser treatment of trigger points associated with sodium hyaluronate injection in articular cavity. Methods: 50 patients with osteoarthritis in knee joint were ran- domly divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25).All patients were treated with laser, while the treatment group were added with sodium hyaluronate injection in articular cavity. Once a week, the course of both group were 5 weeks. The results before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. Results: The effect rate of treatments group is 100 percents, while the control group is 76 percents, the difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effects of sodium hyaluronate injection in articular cavity associated with laser treatment of trigger points is better than laser treatments singly. Its effects are persistent, and not easy to recur ,short of side effects .更多还原
